Man charged with arranging rapper Young Dolph’s killing

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — A man charged with arranging the killing of young dolph news pleaded no longer responsible Thursday — one year after the rapper and document label owner became ambushed and shot to death while buying cookies at a bakery in his place of birth of Memphis, Tennessee.

Hernandez Govan, forty-three, made a brief appearance in Shelby County Criminal Court in Memphis.
