Creating a new school and dynasty is easier than you think! With the help of your EA Sports account, you can choose the name of your school, add the school’s name, and edit the team’s uniform colors. Then you can begin editing your team’s roster, including the color of the helmets, and the uniforms. You can also customize your team’s play style and add player traits such as speed.
Creating a team
The first step in creating a team in NCAA 14 TeamBuilder is creating a roster. Whether you choose to start from scratch or use an existing roster, the database of players is easy to navigate and share. To find players, you can use the “cupcake” option, which results in a roster with a weak ground game and strong QBs. You can also copy an existing roster from a real 120 school.
You can still create a team using NCAA 14 TeamBuilder if you have an Xbox 360, but you may need to use an online account. However, you won’t be able to auto-save your teams. Luckily, you can download schools that work on Xbox 360. You can then use them in any mode. If you’re planning to use the online version, you’ll be able to find your favorite school and download their roster.
You can also add your own teams to the NCAA 14 TeamBuilder Game. You can choose from 126 college teams, but they are limited to teams currently in FBS. For example, you’ll find that Liberty, Appalachian State, and Georgia Southern aren’t listed. But if you’d like to create a team with a different name, you can use the Teambuilder mode.
Once you’ve completed the initial steps, you can move on to choosing a name and color scheme for your team. You can also choose to create a logo for your team by uploading your own or choosing one from the library. After completing all of the fields, the team can be saved and published. The application offers several customization options, including using a school logo, an existing image, and even pulling colors from the school’s primary logo.
Creating a dynasty
Creating a dynasty in NCAA 14 TeamBuilder is easier than ever, and the game offers many customization options. You can pick from a variety of helmet stripe patterns, choose from 70+ base styles for uniforms, and even design your own custom logo. There are even recruiting points and player milestones, as well as better weight rooms and locker rooms. You can even edit player rosters to create your own customized style.
In the NCAA 14 TeamBuilder, you can import teams from other sports games or from other leagues. You can use these imported teams in any mode, but you must make sure that they are similar in roster strength and prestige. You can swap teams from different divisions, but you should be careful when making these swaps. While it may be tempting to swap Michigan for another team with one star of prestige, you’ll be hurting your strength-of-schedule considerations.
You can also use the teambuilder to create a school of your own. The game offers plenty of customization options for creating a school, from the uniforms to the rosters, and recruiting pitches. You can also build a team from scratch in NCAA Football 10 and import it to other consoles. Afterwards, your new school will be available in the Xbox 360 version of the game. You can use these created teams in your Dynasty mode.
For example, if you created a school in the American conference, you’d be wise to consider the upcoming season. The top teams in Dynasty mode include Alabama and Ohio State. If these teams do not fall under your radar, Kentucky and Alabama could also be a threat to win the national championship. However, these are just some examples of teams you can use to create a dynasty in NCAA 14 TeamBuilder.
Besides basic team information, you can also change team colors and logos. These will influence the recruits’ happiness. You can even choose a dynasty with fan-created teams. And since you can choose any coach you want, it’s a good idea to choose an experienced team builder. You’ll be glad you did! So, how do you get started?
Editing a team’s uniforms
Editing a team’s uniforms is easy in NCAA 14 TeamBuilder mode. To change the colors of the uniforms of a team, you must first delete the team’s uniform pack. After you have deleted a team’s uniform pack, you can add another one or edit the current one. If you want to change a team’s color scheme, you can also edit its base team’s uniforms.
To edit the uniforms of a team, you should go to the EA DB Generic Editor and click the team tab. In the team tab, click Uniforms. In the uniforms tab, you should find a spot where you can write the name of your team. You will see a single digit number next to your team’s name. If you have several teams, you must update their uniforms separately.
Besides displaying troubled rosters, Teambuilder is best known for its design capabilities. It also features full rosters with player ratings. In the NCAA 13 version, the rosters were based on last year’s teams, with an inaccurate blend of the two. The field art and stadiums are not updated to reflect the new uniforms, and some teams’ helmets were not made for the game. Interestingly enough, Oregon’s mirrored helmets made it into the NCAA 13 version, but did not make it into the NCAA 14 TeamBuilder edition.
Creating a play style
Creating a play style in NCAA 14 TeamBuilder can be done by editing your team’s attributes. The game allows you to create 126 different teams and assign specific characteristics to each. You can edit your team with 10 men and edit the playstyles for every player. Once you have selected a play style, you can import your team into the NCAA 14 TeamBuilder game. To import your team, you must have a valid EA Sports Online Pass, or link it to your Xbox Live or PSN account.
